If I could give zero stars I would!nI went in tonight to pick up a few things, and the shelves were bare!nNot to mention the staff were all over the store unpacking product, but with no regard to customers needs.nThis store is worse and worse every time that I go in; it's looking more and more like a 5 & Dime junk store, and that's an insult to the 5 & Dime!nThe store was VERY dirty, there was litter by the door coming in, and the store floors look like they haven't been washed in months! The old Manager NEVER would have let the store look like this; ever since the new Manager has taken over, this Walmart is a disgrace!nWhen I was leaving, an employee told me to have a good night, while he was slurping his soda! Not professional at all!nI can't believe that Walmart Head Office is allowing this to go on, this is the worst shape that I have ever seen this Walmart! Where are all of the old Staff?? It used to have a 'family' feel but now, we are getting customer support from Strangers!

The girl comes up to me ignorance as I cannot but line I have to stay in line I come up to the customer service thing to pay all the time so then she gets the managers. The manager comes over and grabs my phone, tries to escort me out the store and all I was trying to do is get my son of a life jacket and diapers paying customer never going to Walmart again boycottnTrenton Walmartn2n4nSendnAdd a comment
Always like going to Walmart to find really good deals, especially in the clearance section. Found some beautiful yellow mum flowers in the garden centre and decided picking up a pot. Have to be mindful of which flowers you're picking though as some of them aren't always the best ones. So make sure when you're picking up a pot of flowers that you check the soil moisture and if it's got high moisture content then you know you've got a good flower.

I’ve lived in Trenton for several years, and while this Walmart location has always been the “backup plan” for groceries and cosmetics, today was likely the last time I’ll set foot in the building.nnManagement needs to either grow a backbone against corporate, or develop compassion towards associates, or some mix of the two. Every single worker I passed to during my visit was visibly frustrated or upset. I’m talking tears in their eyes, shaking their heads, or a complete and near-horrified despondence.nnHowever it is these workers are being treated, whether by customers or management, it’s evident to anyone with empathy that it’s abysmal.nnToo few staff, with too little training some of the situations inferred by emphatic overhead PA calls would’ve been comical if not so tragic, working for too small pay.nnThat doesn’t even touch on the fact that every single regularly-stocked item I was looking for today was out of stock. All of them, across several departments. Kitty litter, hand soap, wiper fluid, coffee cream. This entire store is broken and needs to either be turned around or shuttered.nn
