Super friendly staff. They make you feel at home. They get to know you personally and will attend to all your needs. The good Doctors are also in there and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't even waste my time with my family dr anymore. It's one stop and you get everything done and everything you need all in one place and fast. The owner goes above and beyond for anyone. It's fantastic!!!
This is my regular pharmacy and everyone who works there is great. The service here is so much better than shopper's which is where I was going previously. Faster, friendlier, and more helpful!
I used the virtual Doctor at this location and although that didn't go too great The pharmacy was very helpful in clearing up some issues and getting me the answers I needed... So I would give them a chance again in the future.

This is the best pharmacy in the world! The pharmacist is very kind, and efficient! He takes the time to ask how everyone is doing, and gets to know his customers. He gives discounts to people who need it. The staff are always very pleasant, and courteous too! I was able to get both covid shots at this pharmacy, quickly, and seamlessly! I was also provided with documentation, following each shot. This staff does dispense methadone, and I think that they are excellent with this particular program! They are consistently open minded, and non-judgemental, which helps people access medicines to get better, and/or stay well! I think they do an excellent job!! This pharmacy is very clean, and organized. They have a lot of nice salt lamps, and oil diffusers, and a great selection of aromatherapy oils, as well. I've ways been happy with Quinte IDA!
They are angels. They have helped me out so much since I moved back to the city.
I showed up 30 minutes after closing and was walking back to my car when the Pharmacist got out of his car and asked if he could help. He quickly diagnosed a minor condition I had and told me how to fix it. He not on work and got paid nothing. What a great person. He really cares about helping people.
My wife and I had our covid boosters here yesterday. Pharmacist very pleasant. Very well organized and efficiently done. Staff very friendly. Quinte IDA is a nice addition to Belleville. Our first experience here.
Called looking for a PCR test today. Took 3 hrs to get a call back. I'm told they only do tests for travellers. I had go ask who does it for others, and was told to call Quinte Secondary Scool. Do you have the nummber? No, look it up. Click! I'm not in the need of schools, was not aware the school is permanently closed, which this person should have as it's right next door. But how do you not have the number to the facility doing the testing you do not!? I was FUMING. A lot of searching finally got me a person with a brain, but I'm not dealing with this IDA ever again!
Just a wonderful experience. Delivered what they promised - and on time no less. Bargain basement prices. What an incredibly easy online system to collect your lab results. Pharmacist really cares. Multiple personal calls from staff and the owner just to make sure I had what I needed. NB- Don’t believe everything you read on the internet.
