Walmart Pharmacy

Seem to be turning it around as employees are better at customer service. All the Pharmacist are very informative and courteous.

Some Employee are very rude and some manegers are rude than employees . Is better to shop from target or Other store ..... Customer service is 0

This Wheeling WalMart used to be a terrible place, until they built the grocery center. Now it is a refurbished cesspool. They had pharmacists who were angry and bitter, probably because of their employers, yet at least they were HONEST! Now, the WHEELING WALMART CESSPOOL, ER, PHARMACY has employees who lie to you, cheat you out of hundreds of dollars, and are still angry with you! You see, I am in the Medicare donut hole. I asked the one Pharmacist and I believe her name was Carol, what the cash price was for a box of 100 Relion insulin syringes. She cheerfully told me they were under $13.00, pretty much the similar cost for when I was unemployed. So I gave her the prescription my doctor wrote me. They were on back order for FIVE days and when they arrived, a person who spoke English as a 9th language told me I owed her over $130! When I asked the angry pharmacist Julie I believe her name was, she scoffed and said I could buy ONE box for $33..... Uhm, yahoo. It isn't my fault you didn't get any from your significant other, if you HAVE one, the night before, but at least be nice! The Target further East on Llake-Cook Road has a nicer staff and the main Pharmacist Beata is an amazing woman! Go there! Go play in Traffic, Wal Fart!
