I went here to pick up an antibiotic for my dog Odin. Drop off lady was fine no problems. How ever the older lady with glasses and dark hair was another story. Lady was rude from the beginning of my interaction with her. I stated I was here ready to pick up my prescription she rudely said it’s not ready yet. I then said to her that they told me to come back in 20 minutes and it had been 25… she reply’s oh really. So then she asks me the name and gives this weird look after I say it’s for Odin. Idk if to her the name was stupid or what her issue with it was. Just an all around lousy experience I don’t understand why she was so ignorant but I definitely will not ever be filling another prescription there. The lady made me feel like I was a pain just for trying to pick up my prescription.
Just had the worst customer service from staff, pharmacist and policies in the Trenton Walmart. I will never deal with them again and I have been there since the store opened. My benefits that don’t cover something, they wanted to charge me double what they would have if my benefits did cover!! Can you imagine!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
Moved to this pharmacy after dealing with another for 20+ years and wish I had made the switch way sooner. They are efficient, friendly, patient, and handle everything.

Worst customer service from Michelle... not helpful in any way possible. I really needed help and was NOT provided any help. I now have no way of getting my necessary medication.
