Walmart N. Battleford Supercentre

We had a bad experience today. The candy was placed by a different tag but it’s hard to see the name since the letters are super small. The nerds were placed by the skittles while their tag was all the way over on the left side. We were asked to take a picture and then when we showed the associate, she just said it wasn’t their problem and that that was just the price. We didn’t want the candy after and went to tell the manager about this. We just wanted to say that they should change the placing of the items and that this wasn’t the first time this happened but his attitude was also not very good. We had to tell him again and again that we didn’t need the candy anymore, and that they should just make sure the prices were placed right and the associates should have a better attitude. In the end we left with a bad mood, but Walmart really should make sure their prices are placed right and the names are labeled clearly. And make sure their associates have a better attitude.

As a tourist, this place has almost everything youd want to buy back home. The shopping area is huge and spacious and well stocked with items.

If I could give 0 stars, I wouldnThis Walmart location has the worst customer service we have ever experienced, and it has been consistent for over a year.nWe regularly came here to buy baby formula, which is locked up. Every single time, we pressed the help button and no one showed up. We would wait, then walk all the way to customer service, only to be told they would page someone and that we needed to walk back and wait again. No one ever came. This cycle repeated itself every visit for an entire year.nThe last straw was after a long day at the hospital with our sick child. Same situation. No help at the locked cabinet. We finally found a staff member on the floor and asked if someone could please open the case and hand us the formula. Her response? “No one ever works there. This happens every day. Go to customer service and complain.” Completely unacceptable.nAt customer service, instead of helping or apologizing, the employee told us once again to walk back and wait. When I refused to walk back again with a sick child and asked them to send someone instead, I was told, “Then we can’t help you.” The attitude was dismissive and confrontational, not customer service.nA manager eventually came and tried to be helpful, but by then the damage was done. Shockingly, even staff members at self-checkout begged us to write a review, openly saying they receive complaints constantly. It’s obvious the employees are unhappy, unsupported, and that management is failing both staff and customers.nCustomer service employees here are NOT helpful. They do not solve problems, they escalate them. There is zero accountability.nThis is a multi-million-dollar company, yet the level of service is beyond pathetic. We will never shop at this location again and have warned friends and family to avoid it as well.nAbsolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately no one answers the phone. We bought some batteries today but forgot to put them in our bag. 8 pack aaa great value. Just want to have this on record for when we make it back to the store. $9.97

Be VERY CARFUL by their associates trying to convince you to get WALMART MASTERCARD. An associate openned account for me and put wrong address so I never got my credit card so I couldn’t pay the bill so interests started accumulating. I had to talk with Mastercard security to identify myself as my correct address did not exist in their system.nI went to the store to complain and they said a manager will call me but it never happened!
