Walmart N. Battleford Supercentre

I bought a vacuum cleaner from here about 4 months ago for about $250, but unfortunately this vacuum cleaner no longer works at all, and because I had just arrived in Canada, I didn't know about Walmart's 3-month return policy. I did not rush to return it as we wanted to exchange this vacuum rather than return it but this store did not help us and the manufacturer of the vacuum cleaner is not responsible. I don’t know what the buyer support policy is. And I suggest everyone not to buy electrical goods from this store because they don't really care about customer service

We ordered office supplies and was delivered promptly. We added $5 cash tips on top of the $2 tips for the delivery man who barely spoke English.nMy only concern was the ergonomics and Safety of the delivery man. He did not have a trolly with him, and he was carrying a very heavy box with him.nI called customer service to reach out to them that they needed to train their employees properly. One can only hope they heed.

Awful shopping experience and awful customer services. The sales people are not there to help you when you need their help. If you need a product in a locked shelve you will have to look for a sales assistant all over the store. Then you can see some of them roaming aimlessly without caring about customers and their needs. It's a very good place to see how sales people can ruin a business.

Store hours “updated 3 weeks ago” yet when we arrived to the store at 10:40 we were told they close at 10pm. Now it was too late to make it to the other walmart before it closed. Disappointing

Wow... This location has always been pretty bad... But these days..... It is literally being run down by rude immigrant owners, and rude immigrant customers.. it is hard to find words as to what's happening to this place. You feel dirty walking through there, zero assimilation.. and it shows... By how dirty it is and how unprofessionally it is ran. Just now we got got kicked out at 10pm.... Website says 11pm... Not a holiday. This has truly becomes the last resort for the regular citizens of this city, and has been destroyed by you know what's welcome to the new world. Trash.
