Trying to return a $17 wrong size power outlet. After Physical examination by a an employee, she stated she found scratches in the back where the wires connect. Despite my pleas that I didn't know anything about any scratches and that I just purchased it the day before plus the item is still in the same condition and innthe same box.nI simply wanted a replacement one but still got rejected.nJust imagine future customer's returning something more expensive.?
