This is the worst location for curbside pickup. The employees are very lazy and lack basic customer service skills. They frequently ignore customers who have been waiting in favor of newer arrivals. Furthermore, if you do not check your items properly, they will often provide you with poor-quality products. I highly recommend double-checking everything before leaving.
Saturday, July 4th 2026 8:00 AM in the produce department. I asked a lady in the produce Dept: do you have any spaghetti squash? I had to repeat 4 times it’s alright then she points out to a co-worker, way down in produce, she said go ask him. Which is fine but not in the manner she said it. I said “ I’d like to talk to your supervisor. She didn’t want to, she asked”why? What’s going on? What are you going to say? I didn’t engage with her and asked to speak to her supervisor. She went and got the “ Digital Assistant” she didn’t say her supervisor wasn’t there. He totally defended her. “ she didn’t hear what you said” Yes, I know that’s why I repeated it 4 times. As I’m talking to him, she’s standing behind him and glaring at me. I said to her: excuse me. He defended her by saying : she’s just working. I had to leave. That’s exactly what they count on, push this older lady around and she’ll just leave…..that’s exactly what I did.
Store looks fab. But the staff is kinda uh uh rude…nOld guy wearing glasses was moving in an aisle with the pallete. I was in the aisle waiting for him to move or stop. He said are you going out or what you are trying to do?? Man you are working at the store can you be polite with your customers??? Soo rude…. Learn to speak professionally you are doing a job you are not at cheap fish market and yelling rudely

Would like to know why cashiers are not helping customers to bag items as they are going? Went to Walmart in dieppe this morning with my special needs child. Went to a cashier instead of self check out because I wanted help with the scanning and bagging of the items. I had bags on the end of the cash while cashier scanned entire order and just kept cramming my order into the small space there. Keeping my autistic child from running through the store, while bagging the groceries, and being stared at from the cashier after she was finished scanning the items and repeating the total while I have a child’s hand in one hand and am trying to bag groceries with the order hand. Cashier did not lift a finger to put even one item in a bag, even though there were several readily available, and just kept repeating the total until I paid. After I paid and while there was still a huge amount of grocery to be bagged and placed in the cart she started scanning the next person. Extremely poor customer service. Putting some items in a bag is literally part of being a cashier and making customers feel the need to apologize just for daring to not bag all the items as quickly and they were scanned and crammed into the small space. Do better.
