The first Indian grocery shop I visited in Moncton. They have all essentials and I really liked the idly pot and Dosa pan I bought. Laxmi & Telugu food sona massori rice is awesome. Once I purchased mutton available on Thursdays and it was good for Biriyani. Try Chithi muthiyalu rice for getting almost authentic Talapakatti Biriyani. Overall a nice experience and people can budget accordingly since it’s easy to get carried away and buy more when we see so many native items to try : Also will be nice if more MTR rice Idly mix is available.
They provide the best services whenever we are at the store and do provide special attention to their customers and I have personally experienced the best services from the staff . There is wide variety of products and the store is very neatly maintained and organised.nnI would truly recommend it as one of the best place to get your groceries from .
I bought sweets last night from the store and cooler was open as the employee was cleaning it.i went in and pickup the sweets from the cooler and I am not sure how long it was open for but when i was there it was open more than 10 minutes. My mistake was i didn’t check it properly and trusted it should be good but was not. The time i bought it the store was about to close so i called them within the moment to tell them sweets were not good but call went to voicemail. Today i went there to show them that sweets were not good at all and smelling weird. But lady on cash register was not ready to listen me and was very argumentative and keep telling me that cooler was not open more than 5 minutes.noverall they don’t have any understanding of customer service. If your customer is telling something was wrong with the product instead of fighting over it try to resolve it.nFinally i leave the sweets in the store as i don’t want to keep arguing over $14.00. She can keep it to herself.
Eggless cakes are available there at a reasonable price. I really recommend this place. Thanks
Unnecessary high prices , better to shop other Indian stores in Moncton who have decent prices and better quality
