This walmart is alright, the customer service is actually very good for a walmart. The place tries to cater to everyone and the selection is good for what it is. But the place is too small. On a busy day you have to fight your way through to get to an aisle that you need to go to. If someone is in an aisle you need, you may just need to come back later. Bathrooms in the back are wonderful, bathrooms in the front...not so great

Usual small Walmart. This one has happy friendly employees though! A refreshing change. Selection is kind of limited since there are smaller Wally World no marketplace with fresh meat limited Garden stuff. No tires and autolube..... I think they should have that since they're right on the freeway.

It's just another Walmart, like any other. The staff are friendly enough, but somewhat inept, I think. I go in there a few times each month and truthfully, as little as possible. I've gone in there twice recently and I always qualify for the 20 items or less/tobacco isle. These 2 particular and separate times, the cart ahead of me had more like 200 items, literally, but they bought 1 pack of cigarettes. Both occasions there were 2 people with the over packed cart, so 1 of them could have gotten the cigarettes, while the other waited in another line. IMHO, that would be the most obvious and even fair policy to maintain for Walmart management. Not these rocket surgeons though, these WM checkers allowed the obvious userpers to hold up me and 4 others behind me for 20 minutes so that these A-Holes could buy ONE pack of cigarettes.

A smaller Walmart than I'm used to. Produce did not have a very wide selection. But the staff was super friendly and helpful.

It is the first shopping place off I-84 on the west end of Hood River. This area needs a super Walmart, basically the only place to shop for a variety of things is here; they do have other excellent grocery stores, but other items are very limited.
