Prices are a little high for meat products at Walmart in Capilano.nnSelection of items tends to be quite low in most departments and it's hard to find associates that are willing to assist you in the store and at checkouts.nnAt least they have carts and shopping baskets again though.
Consider this as a 0 star , see attached photo, they make u take this snow scrapper and removal combo stick thinking its 4.68 all the way to the front counter and dammmmm.... u found out at the front that its its not $4.68 but $25 , then u walk all the way back and see this tiny small label says 25 underneath it. They meant $4.68 for the sand bag they stock on a very bottom shelves. Isn't it fascinating guys. I would never come back to any wallmart now, you lost my business completely...

Her middle name must be Joy as she is a bundle of joy.nDarlene is welcoming, engaging, and has sound communication. Walmart offers great value for money with a wide variety of products to suit every need. Their convenient locations and online shopping options make it easy to find what you're looking for, all at affordable prices. Could be better if they have excellent customer service and regular deals keep me coming back!
I purchased a Ninja kettle from Walmart, and it ended up burning out. When I went to exchange it, the service was absolutely disappointing. The associate, who was an Indian woman, didn’t even bother to check my receipt properly. She immediately told me that since it had been more than three months, Walmart doesn’t exchange or refund items past that time. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. They don’t care about defective products or customer satisfaction. I had an electronic receipt that worked until the night before I was supposed to exchange it. When I tried to exchange it, the system showed a ‘problem’ and said to try again later. Then, when I contacted customer service and provided them with my order number and purchase date, which was 9 months ago, they said, ‘Oh, it’s been more than 90 days, so it’s not eligible for exchange.’ What?!nnNow, what should I do with this defective product? Who is responsible for this? The associate didn’t even bother to call her manager. Since the customer service area was busy, I really felt uncomfortable and regretful that Walmart won’t exchange a defective product. Is the problem with me? The customer service was terrible, and I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated. I visited the Walmart Capilano location at 4:06 PM on January 8th, and the customer service was awful.nnI hope they fix their technical issue and restore my receipt. I will visit again to speak with the manager of this store.
