Lina was super helpful during my self checkout. She even made small conversations with me to help make my day brighter. She’s definitely a shining star. Guy was also the best cashier I’ve ever had efficient and kind on a separate trip.

Today Thursday, June 26, 2025, I went to the Cochrane Walmart without my husband. What a mistake this was. My cart was FULL getting ready for the long weekend ahead. I bypass the self check outs as I usually do since the conveyor system there doesn't support a person with a disability like mine. I have lower lumbar back problems that prevent me from bending and twisting and picking up heavy and or awkward things. Especially repeatedly that could risk injury. My cashier person male was pleasant however, after I had first given him my bags then put all my groceries on the conveyor belt, all but the pop and juice items for him to scan with his handheld scanner, he tells me to start packing my groceries and directs me to where he placed my own bags!!!???nHe had the scanner area so completely full and then stacked with multiple items ontop of eachother. I was this close to telling the young person, that I DON'T WORK HERE NOR DO I REMEMBER GOING THROUGH THE SELF CHECKOUT!? I should have left the entire pile of groceries sitting there and walked out...nIt's why I do not shop at No Frills either since You have to pack your own there too unless it's for no more than 4 or 5 things maximum.nMy bill at Walmart was $469.80... CRAZY to Even Ask me to bag my own... THANK YOU VERY LITTLE. This was what happened the other time when both my husband and I were at this location and we thought it was a one time thing. However, if this is the new trend we will spend our money at another grocery store, at any other one! One that can also afford to put painted lines in their parking lot too... SAFETY IS NOT A PRIORITY FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS EITHER. No good reasons to keep spending $$$ here. See you never.
