There’s a purple haired young lady that works in your electronics department. Twice now I’ve been shopping there and really needed to sit down for a minute to calm down my Parkinson’s like tremors. She assisted me both times in a very caring and professional manner. She has a first aid certificate and made sure I got out to my vehicle safely. Thank you so much.
Good morning teamnnBeing a part of the family before myself I don’t like to give a bad review but again I need to when there is no other option.nnBrought groceries last evening and unfortunately left a scotch tape by accident on the front cash counter.nnDidn’t realize until it was today morning so went to the customer service desk to get help.nnThe customer service staff at the counter had no positive response rather than a weird gesture and was already ready to say sorry I can’t do anything.nnAnyways left the store with a huge disappointment for a 4 dollar item where we buy 300 dollars grocery every week from the store!nnRegardsnSwethanRegular Customer
One of the best Walmarts I have ever been to. The vibe was nice especially when the wall by the bread wasn't painted. Always got a laugh out of the shelving changes. It was almost always clean for the most part. If you go later in the night you won't encounter much of a rush.
Western Union inside Wallmart is always system down or not working as per the person in customer service.nEvery time i come around 3pm- 5pm, since December 2023 the tall lady with long hair will say it's down even though there's no sign up to inform the customer. Hope it will get fix soon or just remove it from Wallmart if it's always down. No use.
Worst experience at customer service counter, very offensive and rude. I don't know what makes all of these staff in this department so annoyed. I felt mortified by their behavior and it was kind of insult. They are basically salty for customers. Be aware of it before you experience in person if you don't want to be embarrassed.
