Posting this again as it appears my review was deleted. We’ve repeatedly had the family restroom occupied by staff members. That should be a restroom for people juggling their kids. Not simply used because it’s more private or cleaner.
I had an online order got a notification it was ready arrived called the number gave them my name, bay number and told them I had 3 separate orders. The guy came out put my order in my car. I get to the Eastside and get a call that they forgot 2 of my orders. So I had to drive all the way to the westside and pick the other 2 orders up and I was told on the way there that the manager would come talk to me personally when I get there. I arrive call them and tell them my name and that the manager was supposed to come talk with me. When the worker comes out he said the manager was busy. Well I am very irritated because I had worked from 9 am and I had to work a 3rd also. So I had about an hour to sit down before going back in after delivering the groceries and going home. The manager could've at least talked with me but I guess I'm not important enough.
They deliver to me quite often. If the delivery isn't right, the refund always is. Very good customer service. I suggest delivery to save on gas and for other reasons.
My experience at Walmart has always been good and I was allowed to park there while I'm homeless. The cops don't mess with Me Too! Much. That's a plus I recommend walmart to anybody on the westsidee that is
Very big and bright. The pick up delivery was so cool. Stocked shelves. Lots of self check stations now.
The best Walmart in town. We like to shop later at night and usually encounter some sort of problem at East side or Newburgh. There's no funny business at West side. Just quiet, simple, quick shopping trip in a clean and well-organized store.
This place gets worse every time you go that is why I try to avoid not going. I mean they have all these lanes but none of them are open so what is the point. Of evening have a store if you can't a members to open registry nobody wants to stand in line forever.
Online grocery pick up and delivery. Rather it’s this Walmart or Burkhart they are always dropping the ball. I use this service to make my life a little easier. However, I end up in the store anyway. Stuff is forgotten or something is bad, meat or produce every single time. I have tried placing orders numerous times and there is issue almost every time. Even with none food items something is always missing. I call and try to resolve the issue and NO ONE will answer the phone. At this point it’s just come down to going elsewhere. I mean what is the point if I’m going back to the store every time. It’s not worth the headache and frustration.
Bought supplies for a Bob Ross painting! Wish they had better selection of paint brushes but we could’ve gone somewhere else for that! We got the canvases though for a great deal. The store had everything we needed and it was a good experience. Easy as can be!
Walmart is always just a major anxiety attack that is stressful to even think about having to go! Which ultimately I always have to do! Between the flouresnt lighting, eisle spacing to make even someone not claustrophobic squeamish- and with 27 billion other people in the same aisle, PLUS the bonus friend that you get who follows you around, pretending to be having an actual convo on the phone, and picking out the most convenient things right next to you the whole time... for a socially awkward, mentally draining and they just do have hell of an business team, bc I just can't quit walmart no matter how upset I am hahhaha.
