The cleanest and most organized Walmart you will visit in life. It was pleasurable to slowly walk and browse the isles. No staff member in sight but it looks like they were doing a good job keep the place clean and organized. Shelves were well stocked. I did notice some items that were available on other Walmart’s they were not available at this location.
Store is fine. Well managed. My problem is with Walmart at large. I have ordered multiple things - they never arrived. I called to get refunded. No refunds ever came. Just did a pick up for a toy on sale. It cancelled as I picked it up. Had to go in and pay twice what was advertised. Will I get refunded? Who knows? At least I got the toy and my kid will be happy.
Place has seriously gone downhill. They don’t open up on time as per their posted store hours, never any carts, long lines. Out of stock products.
We were in checkout at Lane 1, and Dotty was our cashier, she let my 4 year old son help her bag our groceries. She was so sweet, patient and had a positive attitude. She definitely needs a raise!
It’s a Walmart. You know exactly what your getting walking in. The main reason I write this review is to give a shout-out to one of the workers. My daughter fall and kinda got hurt. Little kid bumps. This lady working there was passing by and engaged my daughter and did this little rhyming kinda thing with her that made her smile. I didn’t get her name but thank you.
Our Mount Pocono Wal Mart is a staple and pillar within our lovely Pocono Mountain Community. There was a time, several years ago now, when it was a little scary to shop there. That's also the location where a horrible enployee of a woman, pretending to be sweet and kind, even church going, MURDERED AN ELDERLY MALE CUSTOMER IN HER BASEMENT, of whom she befrinded only wanting selfish gain to have him sign over his house and financial documents to her! In the end, she starved and killed him, trying to hide her deed by stuffing peaches down his throat after he died so the coroner would think....ohhhh...he choked to death! But Nay! Our Coroner is waaaay too smart for that! She was arrested and charged. Her deed was perpetrated in front of her gchildren. The newspaper said, she let them watch TV while the man was sitting deceased in his wheelchair! I remember that GENTLEMEN. He was kind not only to me, but those he encountered! This was in no way Wal Marts fault....not at all, but the store is the back drop and where these two people most likely met. Many people meet at Wal Mart! Chatting and surveying merchandise there is nice. Have you tried their delicious turtle Brownies? Hence, Wal Mart has been great! The greeters are respectful and cashiers, people at customer service, and pharmacy employees too! Wal Mart is operated quite nicely. I think better now than East Stroudsburg. That used to be my Wal Mart when I lived in Stroudsburg. Who remembers the bomb threat back in '99 or '01? It was around 10:30 pm AND EVERYONE WAS RUSHED OUT OF THE STORE TO GET IN THEIR CARS AND QUICKLY LEAVE THE SCENE! OUCH! Kmart was across the street then! Danny used to be the door greeter. Where is Danny? Is he okay? Then the employees there came across a little rough. But most were okay. Wal Mart....you are a staple and a pillar in the communities you serve. I am excited for you to begin carrying, The Adventures of Prissy and Missy,tm Exciting and Sophisticated Children's Books ans Branding Merchandise. They are home grown excellence of House of the Guilded Scribe, LLc Independent Book Publishers and with your help, Dear Wal Mart, Prissy and Missy could easily compete with Disney's Frozen Characters, Elsa and Anna! Easy! With Your Spectacular Help! We hope Chase Bank will think about introducing Prissy and Missy's Beyond Earth's Sky to Mars, image on their character featured VISA cards! I feel happy every time I go to Store 2365 because the cashier Yilivy Ventura is the best I have ever met, very understanding, very efficient, friendly, happy all the time and very respectful. I am a Walmart customer, spend time and I will continue with people like her
Walmart is the truth. Comes clutch everytime. Everything and anything you need. Spent a few days at an AirBnB in the poconos. Walmart was 10 mins away. Was able to get all the toiletries and groceries I needed for my 3 day getaway from the city. Didn't have any interaction with the staff but they seemed very happy everytime I went. Nothing about this Walmart really stands out from others, but extremely convenient getting everything I needed for my trip.
Great spot to get what you need. Got Oxtail there much cheaper than where I'm from so I had to take a few packs. The store is very clean and employees very helpful.
What can I say it's Walmart. It is what it is. More self check than registers open and wanting to check receipts. If you don't trust me then hire people and open up those registers. Walmart want there cake and eat it too.
