Has a good variety but the service is extremely slow. Have to wait for your turn at the deli for 20+ minutes everytime and then when you finally give them your order they say “okay go shop it’ll be about 25 minutes”. There’s only ever one maybe two registers opened. I get everyone is short staffed and just trying to do their best but this is the one grocery store in the area and they don’t even seem to try to make things faster. They’ll stand behind the counter joking and messing around while they have lines of people waiting. Would really like to see pick up options for this store to help with the waits
The cashiers in the deli are always smiling and polite. Great customer service. Although, it would be nice if the "10 items or less" policy was adhered to.
Based on my own experience ShopRite is the best place you can buy meat beef, pork and chicken always fresh very high-quality and the price very reasonable. Also the seafood And to be honest the vegetables, fruits deli, all good and I highly recommend it to shop from there. And inside there a big café with so many different hot and cold meals ready to grab. Plus they sell beer. Organize. Clean. So many varieties. Good price. All what you need in a super market.
bakery filled with the most incompetent people ever. heck yeah they can whip out a killer design on some dang cupcakes but tell me why this is the SECOND time i ordered a birthday cake and they just “didn’t make it” ?! what in the world?? offer to make it a day after? i’m sorry try telling someone ‘hey sorry they didn’t make your birthday cake let’s pick this bday celebration back up tomorrow!?’ UNPROFESSIONAL!! i tried to give them another chance but NEVER AGAIN.
Very clean and pretty well stocked. Free attached parking lot, always a plus. Competitive pricing for most items even with Walmart. Friendly and helpful staff.
Most of the time I like this shoprite, but they absolutely fail at staffing. At a 7pm on a Saturday, they have 1 register open. They might as well be closed. The line was preposterous. They did not have the staff to be open and should have just closed. This is not the first time their staffing been this bad.
Update: since we can't add an additional review, we're updating the old one. Ordered 2 heroes for a party. Absolutely disgusting and cheap. Asked for oil and vinegar on an Italian hero. We got some mix of spices which included oregano so the entire hero tasted like a pizza. Is there any training whatsoever in this store? Hardly any meat on it and the lettuce and tomato were separate? There's not many choices around here but this one definitely is off our list. Expensive and really awful. Old review: Very Rude Customer at the deli counter, angry because I didn't hear my number called. No one in the store said anything to him. Just let him berate me. Way to go Shoprite.
Nothing bad to say about this grocery store other than getting your charcuterie will take a long time. Make sure you get your deli order in first and then go around and do all your grocery shopping because you'll be waiting for a while otherwise. They’re always well-stocked, their prices are great and they have one of the biggest bags of popcorn I’ve ever seen
I love ShopRite! It's the only grocery store in my area without self checkout! You get an actual cashier to check you out! Excellent Customer service!
Every single time , I try purchase IPA beers. One register.. 11/22 Tried to get IPA. Asked if register open. No , broken Not the first time either. Put beer back left
