Had the most uncomfortable experience at Walmart. Had a full cart of groceries and went to self check out. The lady there decided to stand right beside me and my boyfriend and watch my every move and scan and then I was about to pay she's like you missed something. Clearly I didn't as I scanned everything and she physically watched me and doubled checked everythingagain.There was 4 other customers at the time and she didn't lay an eye on them guess you have to be over 60 not to be age discriminated against. And when I feel so offered that we went back to customers service and the old lady there age discriminated against us there. Then don't even try calling their manger they never answered the phone and they system hung up on us. After 20mins on hold. Let's say I will never be going back there and will be sharing my experience with all my friends and family
There needs to be more cashiers on check outs. Absolutely disgusting how it was mostly seniors made to stand and wait. Only one cashier open. We should not be pushed into using the self check outs. People are on this earth to work and there a lot of people that need jobs.
The service was very good. The selection on the items were great too, typical of a Walmart Supercenter! The staffs were very friendly and easy check out as well. The whole place was very well maintained and in a great location as well. The deals that were on, were pretty good as well. Overall a very good place to shop for pretty much everything you'll need for the house. Fun fact- you can even get the furnace filter here!
I don't understand the poor reviews as I've never seen or had any less than great customer service from the associates and up to management! I'm actually a regular here when I can't find what I'm looking for in Calgary as I find the small towns have a lot friendlier staff than 90% of the big city stores. The 45 minute drive is worth it to me.
I came shopping today Friday the 13th looked like some kinda of inventory proces was happening. Staff had ladders and other items piled in the way, no signs at the door stating it was inventory watch your step, got most items I needed, prices were so so, had to go to a cashier as I was paying cash, staff at the front were chit chating not being professional at all infact quite rude. I got to the check out with over 200$ worth of groceries its a new year so I decided to get some new reusable bags. Not a single bag to be bought in the store. Cashier was extremely rude and had a big attitude problem. I was at the Vaughn location recently and the Bradford one and usually the Alliston one is my go to. I will not be back. I will be going to the Bradford location now. Save your gas and time.
Out of a 13 pages flyer, there are only 4 fresh produce items. An effort should be placed in promoting fresh fruit and vegetables.
Waiting in line. For self check out. Only 2 SELF CHECKOUT kiosks open.... why? Why wouldn't they have more open since ya know, you check yourself out?
Pick up service from groceries- waited 40 minutes with 2 little kids in the car…they forgot about my order. It would have been faster to get my own order.
Black Friday at 4pm and you have 2 cashiers!? Wow really no one else was available? Not to mention half self check out closed! Really glad you replaced people with no operational computers!
I've been going to this location to pick up my mother's online groceries order for about a year now. I have always been greeted by such pleasant employees, somehow even when it gets insanely busy because trust me it gets busy those boys manage to keep a smile on their face and give great customer service. My last visit was not as enjoyable though, an employee by the name Shaylynn, not only was her attitude awful, she threw the groceries into my car in such a fashion that when I got home I found multiple things damaged or broken. Trust me I understand people can have bad days, but maybe this just isn't the position/job for you. Management should really look into the kind of people they have doing certain jobs.
