Wally’s Kitchen has phenomenal Chinese food and prompt delivery services as well. The food we shared over Ukrainian Christmas at the GPRH was so delicious! We all enjoyed the sweet and savoury flavours. Thank you so much for bringing cheer to our celebration. Nadine C.
Bland, was all rice and noodles with 4 sweet N sour but the sauce was spilled in the bag and ribs were mostly bone and 6 pieces. Combo D for 17 dollars I'm very disappointed a d did t even eat it to be honest. I wouldn't recommend
The food was not good at all. The egg rolls were greasy and the oil definitely needed to be changed as they tasted old and burnt. The sweet and sour pork had very little sauce; in fact the only sauce was on the bottom pork. The fried rice had absolutely no flavor. The broccoli was burnt. Very disappointed and will not purchase there again.

Ginger beef was tough as heck, couldn't even chew it as it was so tough.would not order it again. Parking: Good parking lots of space.
I visit Grande Prairie for 1 week work. Craving for Chinese food and found wally's kitchen as best chinese food in google. I ordered the Combo D Dry Ribs, Chicken balls, chicken fried rice and chowmein. The fried rice and chowmein are ok. Chicken balls are decent but the dry ribs are too salty. As you can see on the picture I am eating the dry ribs last because it's my least favorite on this order. As I am eating the dry ribs I found a HAIR on the dry ribs breading. I don't usually make reviews but this experience prompts me so you guys can fix your food handling. I ordered the food September 23, 2020 around 4:15PM
We tried it for the first time yesterday, the chicken balls were amazing, nothing was greasy, and overall really awesome. We ordered delivery and it was very fast.
This is a take out only place. Been going to Wally's Kitchen for many many year's It's the only place I get Chinese food from in GPFood: 4/5
I waited over an hour for the delivery of my food. My food was cold when I revieced it and it was not the proper order. When I called to talk to them about it they responded with "Well can you just eat that and have a credit" I don't understand why they couldn't just verify the order before sending it out to make sure it was actually correct. When I brought that up with her she countered with "Well we are very busy and you're the first one to call with a complaint" Being busy is not an excuse to not double check to ensure the order is correct. I'm very displeased with the woman working the phone and front. As I have worked food service before. Poor customer service, poor complaint management. Prices are high for food that arrived cold and incorrect. Plus 7 dollars for delivery seems like highway robbery. I have now been waiting over an hour for them to deliver the proper order. And when I called to see if my food was on its way as it has now been an hour and 15 minutes she said "It's been an hour it will be there soon".... And that was 10 minutes ago. Extremely displeased, and I truly wish that I could leave a zero star rating. For food, timely deliver and the horrendous customer service I received.
Second time here. First was better. Thought I should get tested for Covid as I couldn't taste the flavors....turns out it was just under-seasoned
