Walla Walla Clinic Audiology

I had my first hearing aids for about 5 years but I seldom wore them because they were so uncomfortable. I was always fiddling with the controls to get them just right. Working with Dr, Brenna Peters was such a pleasure. She understood my needs and impatience better than anyone. She encouraged me to try the new hearing aids in a variety of circumstances. I was glad to have a long trial period as well. I am very happy with the Phonak's brand that I am using most of the time. I respected her knowledge and how comfortable she made me feel

Amazing customer care, Dr Whitney Jacky is very professional and created a comfortable environment. She she guided me through a tough decision on what was needed for hearing aid devices without pressure. Dr Jacky provided me with loaners so I could get a better understanding of what to expect with hearing aids. Her compassion and understanding was beyond customer service it was sincere willingness to help me.

My wife's last pair of hearing aides were from Costco and to replace them there is would have been half the cost of the ones from walla walla. So I was against spending that much money for the local ones. However Dr Whitney Jacky provided two pair as a trial, one of them matched the ones that Costco sells. After two weeks of trying them their was enough difference between them that My wife preferred the more expensive ones, I was still not convinced, however I supported her choice and now after a month of use and the full support provided by the Audiology Clinic I am so glad that we made that choice. It is so nice any time we have a question or concern to be able to get the concern answered without having to make a appointment and driving 50 miles to address the problem. Buy Local !!!!!!!
