An amazing experience. All my silly questions were answered via email in a very quick time frame. Every staff member is professional and knowledgeable. I received a phone call after spaying my female cat. and also assured me that things are okay. We have other animals in the house so I was nervous and anxious. She is doing very well. Dr Dhaliwal is the best veterinarian in Ottawa! Dr Dhaliwal is very experienced and compassionate. He saved our dog's life! My dog is 13 yrs old and was suffering from pyometra. She was very sick, barely stand up when we called Dr Dhaliwal. Dr Dhaliwal treated as urgent. Our dog is fully recovery after surgery, she is energetic and happy again. Price is also reasonable, much cheaper than animal emergency hospital.

This is a great veterinary clinic. Friendly, professional staff that genuinely cares about their animal clients. Dr. D. is great!

We love Dr Dhaliwal. He really takes his time to discuss and find the best treatment for your pet. We have 3 dogs and never will be push anything on us Front desk personnel also very helpful. Very happy to have found this place.

Excellent care every time I bring my Vader. Very nice staff and informative. And Vader behaves so well, even when they trim his nails.

Very fast service, extremity friendly staff. The Doctor was courteous and kind to my dog and clear about all processes and options for the dog as well. I was very pleased with this business. You can trust them with your pets, that's the most important thing.

Great service, they are very caring and friendly. Dr. Dhaliwal always gives options, and respects any budget constraints. They've taken great care of both my older kitties, through several health issues.

I take both my dog and cat here! We've been coming here with since they opened. I tried a couple of other clinics before and those appointments were always rushed. Dr. Dhaliwal cares about the animals and he always takes the time to answer my questions! Appointments never feel rushed. Shoutout to Tina and Eden, they've amazing as well. Super knowledge and very kind. Prices have been reasonable as well.

Great team, cannot recommend enough! Brought my 5 month old puppy in outside of her checkups because I was worried she swallowed a sock. They saw her right away and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Successfully got the sock out without requiring surgery. Very thankful!!! They are honest, caring and extremely knowledgeable! The best.
