We have recently moved to the area and stopped by today to pick up a few things. For a smaller store there is such a great variety of products including home decor, paint, hardware and much more. This store has everything you need for your DIY project as well as ideas for holiday gifts.nLove the old wooden floors - it will take you back to an earlier time! Friendly and helpful staff - a great shopping experience!
Great store with amazing stock despite its relatively small size. Great owners and staff.
Awful service. I just called this home hardware to try and purchase some fishing line but decided to take my business elsewhere. I asked the woman 3 very straightforward questions about the item I was looking to purchase to see if it was the right product type of line, length and weight. With every question came an awful groan from her in response with an “ooh my god, uuugghh” before she actually responded to my question. I’ve never experienced anything like this before which is why I am writing a review.nnWe are all frustrated with the covid measures put in place right now. If we want to get through this we need to treat each other with patience and respect. Most importantly we need to work together. Absolutely disgusted with the experience I have had with the Walkerton Home Hardware this morning.
Convinced me to buy the wrong product and then wouldn't process a return so i could buy the right size. Absolutely garbage service. It cost me 18$, of which I'm sure your net profit was very little, to realize that I'll never shop in your store again.
