Was very disappointed in my wedding flowers, specifically the bridesmaid bouquets. I asked for some eucalyptus greens mixed with the flowers but did not expect to get giant bushes that look terrible in the photos , the leafs in some of them were hanging looking half dead. Everyone who sees the photos makes a comment on the “bush bouquets”. I wish I had chosen a different florist
I walked in a week ago to order my girlfriend an anniversary bundle to be picked up today, I waited near 15 minutes to be helped which is fine becasue people get busy. I prepaid for the order and was assured it would be ready this morning for 9. Lo and behold I show up this morning and it's not ready and just gets slapped together in front of me. I didn't pay 50$ in advance just have something slapped together at the last minute. I'll be taking my all my future business elsewhere. They were courteous but that isn't enough in my opinion. My order obviously wasn't taken seriously.
I am always greeted with a warm welcome when I shop at Flowers by Uss. In the past few months I have purchased a gorgeous centerpiece for my house, a marvellous cemetery saddle, a beautiful bouquet and fantastic teachers gifts. They truly have something for everyone and every occasion. Extremely helpful staff. Keep up the good work!
I received an absolutely beautiful Mother's Day arrangement. I t was identical to the pictured one in the photo. I encourage anyone who wants to order flowers to do so with this florist Thanks Bonnie
