Walkerton Heritage Water Garden

Excellent heritage preservation site. So clean and well laid out.

Really enjoyed the history information on walkerton, but i thought this garden was a memorial for the town of walkerton regarding the Walkerton tragedy. But only a single plaque is dedicated and this rock that has a bit of info. But the garden is pretty.

Well done, honouring the ones who suffered and died. Also to the ones that sacrificed and worked hard to recover the town. A sobering reminder for those of us that work in industries/serices where public health relies on us doing our work with rigour, highest integrity.
