We were around the area for the weekend, and we decided to have lunch at The Walker House. It was an enjoyable, great experience. The vibe was good, and this place is pretty big and has a huge seating capacity. It has a different vibe. The food was terrific, and they had other drink options as well. We were a group of 5, and we all tasted almost all the cuisine types. Everything tasted so good, and the portion sizes were pretty big. On top of everything, their service was amazing Our host was Summer. She was. Super lovely and welcomed us with a smile and recommended a couple of great places to visit around the area during the wintertime. I would recommend this place for anyone to have a great time. Writing this review since I enjoyed their service and the food. Vegetarian options: There are couple of vegetarian options and you can ask to make some of the dishes as vegetarian. Parking: You can park on the road. There are few slots right in front of the restaurant.
Got the Caesar salad and flat steak. The salad was garlicy heavenly goodness! Some of the best I’ve had. The steak was overcooked but when I asked them about it they offered to get me a new one. The new ones were so tender and delicious - AND gave me a 25% discount. Amazing customer service and lovely meal.
Have dined here a few times. It is one of our go to restaurants when in the area. Great place near the beach. Good food, nice atmosphere, lots of seating, good service. Good selection of items on the menu in addition to the daily specials. Love the history behind the place too. The veggie lasagna, garlic bread and Cesar salad is absolutely delicious. The garlic in the salad is perfect. Fish and chips: batter is light and crispy and fish is tender. So yummy
Heading to The Walker House is one the top reasons we visit beautiful Southampton. Their staff and service are top-notch, and their ceasar salad is hands down the best I've ever had - a must have for garlic lovers! We've been coming here for decades and it only gets better!
Really enjoyed the food here! I ate the stir-fry with tofu. My husband got the Reuben sandwich really liked it too. I found the staff friendly and nice as well. Great place overall!
Really good food. Beautiful restaurant with a nice shady and large patio in the back. Nice and clean bathrooms. Great staff. The shrimp was especially good. We make a trip here every time we're in the area. And this latest trip certainly did not disappoint. Will go again!
Not the best service! But the smoked mozzarella is really good. I'd just recommend not putting sooo much parmesan at the top.
A delightful dining experience! Great ambience and lots of energy even on a weeknight. Service is very pleasant and the food is excellent - we had the veggie burger, ravioli, and crème brûlée. Great destination to celebrate special occasions. Minus one star only because they don't accept AmEx, which an establishment of their caliber and price point really should.
It's a largest restaurant in the town. It's very busy during lunch time. Interior design is in a retro style.
Wife and I even came in with our 6 month old baby. Staff were super nice and respectful. Our server was also a mother and loved seeing our baby. Food was great. Would definitely go here again.
