Very friendly and amazing food. They have a lovely outdoor patio with umbrellas and everything you need. Dining service is great, you’ll appreciate the vibe and quality of the food. Which is very decent for the area!
Super friendly, charming place offering sandwiches and other light lunch foods. This spot is a local takeout favourite for a reason. The prices are on the higher end, but it's well worth it. Half a sandwich was enough to fill me up. I had the roast beef peppercorn mayo and it was excellent!
I ate lunch at Armen's the other day with my 2 young sons. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I had half my chicken biryani wrap for lunch and the other half for dinner. Can't wait to return again soon!
We came here for lunch because of the reviews and it did not disappoint!!! The roast beef sandwich was delicious and a very good size! The salad was tasty with a nice homemade dressing that was not too sweet! The building has character and the patio out front was nice on a sunny day!
My friends and I had lunch here, and we all had a great experience. Many healthy options, portions were generous, service was fast, owners are very nice, location is walking distance from the beach. 100% would recommend!
My wife and I split the curried chicken quesadilla. It was awesome. There's plenty of nice places to eat in town, but I don't know of any with food as good as Armen's.
Customer service is excellent, a reflection of the good-natured staff. Always a variation of menu items, including options for kids. Best carrot cake around, and a unique atmosphere leaving you already planning your next meal here!
Great tasting sandwiches and wraps and so huge that they were difficult to eat and ended up just eating it with a knife and fork! I don't usually like any of my food to be microwaved but tasting the food, you would never know it.
Visited last summer. Friendly service and a fun atmosphere. Food was amazing
Favorite place in Southampton.Armen always has some amazing daily specials!
