I ordered photos online 2 days ago and it said they would be ready within 48 hours.  It's now been more than 48 hours so I called to see what was happening and they said "Yeah we had a machine installed 2 days ago and we're missing parts so.... Hopefully we'll get the part today."  I needed those pictures yesterday and now I have to go elsewhere and hope I will be allowed to turn them in late with a project.  A phone call would have been AMAZING to let me know I should go elsewhere.  Way to drop the ball Walgreens.
