Rite Aid

If I could give the folks at this Riteaid a "10" I would. I experienced the most amazing, professional and compassionate customer service. We were vacationing nearby from out of state and a family member needed a script. The script was critical to avoid serious consequences. As soon as the script was received I was called. They were filling the script as we drove to pick it up. I am so impressed. Their kindness helped calm the situation. Hats off to them all!!

When it's 15 minutes before closing so they won't fill your birth control and it's a Wednesday and there is not another person in the store #customerservice
