5 star to this store just because of "EDWIN". Somehow store lost My package and when i reach them and customer service they said they are not aware of anything. I waited for 5 days like this but no luck. And finally when i visited the store with god grace EDWIN was working there in FedEx department/Section and he helped me to find the package and finally i got it. This man is Really polite, professional and helpful. #Walgreens this man deserve a Raise...

Curbside is good but takes way longer than 30 minutes.horrible experience called and manager hung up on me. Tried curbside again today wait was even longer and had to get items myself. Never again

If you can, I highly recommend using another pharmacy. This Walgreens is not good at all. It's usually extremely busy and many of the customers are very rude to the pharmacists. This makes the pharmacists very apprehensive towards every customer and in turn the pharmacists are very rude themselves. Very long wait times for picking up prescriptions if they ever "receive" your prescription at all. Save yourself alot of trouble and just have your prescription sent somewhere else.

I scheduled a booster shot appointment for February 15, 2022. I arrived 15 mins early and asked the front counter person why I was there. She told me to go to the other window where I waited over 45 mins before I decided to leave. They completely ignored my presence there and when about their business as if I wasn't there. Never again. This is the worse pharmacy in Hartford if not in CT period.e

Cashier has no customer service skills. Refused to respond to my greeting and treated customers like they were non-existent. Security person was the most polite one in the store. What a shame for Walgreens to employ people, who clearly don’t want to work.

I was chocked out and robbed. The people went to this store multiple times in the night. I called expressed to check id as it is the law. All the workers and mangers mark said 90% of people don’t have ID so they can’t check for them or they would be turning away 90% of people. I well maybe a law suit will be on there hands because it happens here all the time it’s the same people who do it all night. I’m definitely filling a law suit over this store and company.

Had to call multiple times to get them to cancel a refill, each time was on hold for 20+ minutes. Person on phone was rude. I did get all of my meds through Walgreens, but now I will be switching to cvs. Avoid this location like the plague!

I never leave reviews. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this experience deserves a poor review. The cashier didn’t speak English well enough to clarify my question about a coupon and just looked at me like I was a nuisance and rolled her eyes a few times. She kept pointing to the card reader trying to get me to pay. I left my items and shortly after she gave a nice man a hard time about a plastic bag. She wouldn’t deal with either of these problems herself. Both instances she called a manager or someone over to help. VERY poor customer service. I’ve been a cashier before and no one I have ever worked with has given such poor customer service.

A staple go to pharmacy if you are staying in Hartford or visiting someone at the hospital. The parking lot is old and outdated and gives doubts about whether you should go in. Spaces are difficult to find and amazingly small to fit so most other people just park however they like. They also have panhandlers near the entrance which can be ignored, but come on, where's the security? Once inside everything is clean and workers generally have a smile on their. There are dollies with merchandise in some aisles almost every time I go but clean nonetheless. The aisles have many selections that cater to just about every need and the oddball novelty as well. The pharmacy during the day here unfortunately is terrible. Long waits and people in a foul mood with lack of staff some days don't help either. The photo lab is a problem too because when you need help on the machine either no one is around or they are ringing out customers, which is annoying. The seasonal aisles are the only problem I think in the cleanliness of this particular store and what I mean is that it's almost always empty. But a good place for late night munchies or picking something up for a friend or relative at the hospital.

I’ve been sending out packages here for 3 weeks all packages have been 1st day priority shipping. These degenerates are the most unprofessional lazy imployees I’ve seen since my days working fast food. 1st of all for those of you confused I’ve sent several packages here that I pay over $75 each to arrive to there destinations 1st day. These imployees don’t even check the name of the shipper on the package or when it’s sapposed to be shipped out. My customers have received broken products due to the Spanish man who handles the packages being rough with them and not reading the fine print that says fragile “THIS SIDE UP” I spent my last few nights awake worried about my packages worrying about bad reviews from my customers and I am tired of it! I called the Walgreens the next morning since my 1st day priority package was not sent out and the lady who answered the phone assured me it was shipped out. 15 minutes later I call FedEx customer service to confirm if she was telling the truth and she was lying the package was still there the next day! I call back the store and ask for the manager and he tells me that she read the name of the receiver when she spoke to me and didn’t read the name of the shipper. If your imployees are to lazy to read the full label of a FedEx package then you shouldn’t be aloud to run a FedEx service I’ve had to refund customers for shipping and damages product due to Walgreens unprofessional and lazy imployees they need a real manager in that store to put those idiots in line and to get them to do there job! The manager also hung up on my face only so the idiot could call me back 5 minutes later because FedEx customer service told him to. Thank you FedEx customer service but Walgreens in Hartford you guys need to get your stuff together.
