Rite Aid

Very clean and brite, the prices are high on some things but they have deep discounts on others. As for customer service it depends on whos working that day. Some of the employees go out of there way for you and others walk around accusing people of steeling and just being rude.

Two months ago had a problem with store staff. Extremely rude and disrespectful to customer. Had another incident with this girl today raising her voice and remarking she doesn't care how she treats customers!!! Will be reporting this to district manager. I should have made a formal report after first incident. This is the ONLY person who has been so blatantly rude and disrespectful in this Rite Aid. I have always had good customer service with other staff members. Unfortunately, it only takes one person to leave a bad impression of staff behavior.

Mi hijo fue a comprar chips antes de entrar a sus clases de manejo salió el manager y lo empezó a seguir por la tienda y le dijo que el se ve sospechoso como que quiere robar . Mi hijo es un excelente estudiante y nunca a teñido problemas ANTES DE DECIR ALGO EL MANAGER tendría que estar seguro !!! Eso se llaman discrimination por se hispano y mi hijo no luce como ladron me siento indignada por que hasta su aspecto de mi hijo es de una persona respetuosa

En mi experiencia personal.el servicio de l@s farmaceutic@s pesimo.muy repunantes al momento de hablar y atender al paciente para colmo siendo hispanas diciendo que no entienden español. tratando a una con mala cara y actitud negativa.rasistas con su propia raza.
