Walgreens Pharmacy

Went to go pick up my insulin, aka the medicine I need to live, on my only day off in the entire week and they were closed. And because they refuse to deliver I have no way to get my insulin in time

Clean and pleasant facility, but prices are higher than many other establishments. This store appears understaffed and the employees were not that knowledgeable, nor did they provide very good customer service.

The pharmacist was amazing! She filled my prescription so quickly! 10/10 would come back next time I need medication :

Pharm Tech claimed to be the Pharmacist for this location. This location could not accurately look for a generic option for me. I had to call my doctor and even my doctor said they were fed up with this location! The technician claimed I could not be assisted because they will not accept my insurance. This was blatant incompetence. The Walgreens one town over was able to find me a generic in a few minutes that was accepted by my insurance. Don't waste your time call another location.

I am very disappointed in Walgreens Store #7888. I made a Covid Booster appointment over the weekend. It was scheduled for today November 30th at 10:40am. I drove over 30 minutes to get this location. The pharmacist said they ran out of Covid booster shots and wouldn’t be able to get one to me. Walgreens didn’t even have the decency to call/email to cancel the appointment.

This place is a sorry excuse for a business and pharmacy. They pick and choose what orders to fill. I called to ask why they didn't fill whole order and didn't tell me that they didn't fill the complete order. First they tell me my insurance is terminated because the person behind the counter didn't know what she was doing in the system. I was told 15 min to have the scripts filled. I got up after 30 min of waiting to find that they never called my name when it was done. Now I have to make a second trip for my child to get his pain meds because they couldn't be bothered to tell me they didn't fill that script.... Then I called to ask why and they hung up on me. This place is GARBAGE and has a GARBAGE STAFF.

Little dumbfounded at the negative reviews. I'm in and out of here all the time for daily needs and prescriptions. Never any issues, well-stocked store, staff is always friendly, my many prescriptions are filled in a timely manner.

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID PCR TEST HERE! I made an appointment at this location on 8/19/2021 and did the drivethru swab. As I checked that day and Friday on their aegis labs website with req number it said that “the sample is not received”. I find out Saturday 2 days after I got the test that the sample was received. It is now Sunday and it is still in process. You are better off going to a Beaumont urgent care and getting the results same day. So pointless.

Every time they said my prescription was ready for pickup, it wasn't. They're completely incompetent. Trying to get scripts filled is like pulling teeth without anesthesia.

This Walgreens was literally the worst made an appointment to get a booster tonight at 8 pm and no one there to provide it. No level of customer service or apologies that I went there and had an appointment. No one would even look me in the eye. Don’t go to Walgreens but especially don’t go to this location - wish I could give them a zero.
