Courtney is one of the best pharmacists I have ever dealt with. Sometimes, they do get busy, but if you can avoid the high traffic times, this is the best and most helpful Kroger pharmacy that I've been to.
Much like the last person, I dealt with someone who was rude and even hung up on me. Thankfully, I spoke to another person when I called back, and she was nice enough to help me. I would avoid this pharmacy if you can.
I wish I could leave negative 5 review! Once again this pharmacist has screwed me over! I picked up my medication on 01/08. When I try to refill the data base says I picked it up on 01/17!! This is completely FALSE! I have my receipt from when I picked it up. Now I'm working with Customer Connect corp. & an attorney. This pharmacist needs to be stopped! He's completely inadequate & now doing illegal things!
I always have a positive experience here. The pharmacy team members are eager to help and always make sure my insurance is filed correctly and updated after job and insurer changes. I used the drive thru for the first time recently because I wasn't feeling well and it was great.
Absolute worst pharmacy in town. Very under staffed and pharmacist very rude and argumentative. If you call and need to speak with an associate be prepared to stay on hold for a minimum of 7-10 minutes. And don’t even ask for an early refill even if you’re going out of town or vacation. Last month the pharmacist refused to refill my medicine even though it was time to refill. The data base confirmed it . My doctor had to take time out of his day to call and tell him to fill it. He still wanted to argue about it but I finally got my medicine. Save yourself ALOT of frustration and go elsewhere. As soon as I’m out of refills I will go elsewhere and never use this pharmacy again.
I use this pharmacy because I shop at Kroger, and I have always had very courteous, friendly, and helpful service. I have had half a dozen people there serve me at the counter inside, or at the drive-thru window, and every single person has been helpful, efficient, and professional. And there is always a pharmacist to help with questions. I am completely satisfied with their customer service,and they can also fill a prescription in a hurry if you need it. I am also on the auto-fill program, and it helps a lot. I get a call, that I let go to voicemail, and go pick it up.
Absolutely incompetent! The pharmacist is incredibly rude and they refuse to honor the GoodRX pricing the reason I was using Walmart in 100 oaks who are an AMAZING PHARMACY STAFF. So now I have insurance through work and my wife’s Dr insisted I switch to the Kroger near my house... only to find out they cannot figure out how to bill to insurance and tried to charge me full price for a medicine that is covered. When I called Walmart back, they OBVIOUSLY had no issues whatsoever. Do not use this pharmacy! At all! It is not worth supporting this level of incompetence
We’ve been going to Kroger Pharmacy on Old Hickory Blvd for 6 years. They’ve been absolutely amazing. We just moved 2 weeks ago and had to transfer everything to this one on McGavock. This was our first visit today and will be our last to this pharmacy. The curly headed blonde girl at the pharmacy yelled at my wife and talked to her like a complete pile of trash because they failed to do their jobs and didn’t call us about an error in their system. We were then placed in a position after hours of when the doctor was opened and needed this medication because it is a daily medication for something serious that she’s been on for 5 years. After asking why we weren’t informed or called about the error when we dropped the prescription off 6 hours prior, the girl screamed at my wife and told her it’s not her problem and that she should take care of her own issues and deal with her own doctor. Never in my life have I seen someone talk to my wife the way that she was spoken to tonight. This girl should not be even employed one last second. This place handles people’s medications and some much more severe and urgent than what my wife’s was. Peoples lives in your hands and the lack of urgency or even caring one bit about how things are handled is a huge red flag. This girl needs to go and the fact that all employees and pharmacist stood there and allowed this to happen speaks wonders about the way this pharmacy is ran. We will never return here again and we are seeking further ramifications on this girl and this pharmacy and their practices.
Absolutely rude & unprofessional. They kept promising me that my order would be in, only to waste gas every time and be told they delayed it. What’s comical is they received a shipment today, only to lie to me and claim they “didn’t have enough”, but once I told them that they have lied to me three times, MAGICALLY they had enough. Totally unreal how incompetent they are. It’s like they are unable to communicate with one another to give a consistent answer with the customer.
Very nice and friendly. Also very respectful and professional, I take a lot of meds for epilepsy. They take great care of me!
