5 Stars! The crispy spring rolls were delicious & unique! Whatever is in them, the taste & texture was incredible. The pho was obviously delicious & came out piping hot! I found the rare beef to be of good quality as well & they were generous in the serving. I will say the restaurant was quite busy, and we did wait a while to be served after being seated, but it was clear to see that it was family run & they were doing the best they could. I will definitely be returning to support this location!
This pho place was so good. Wait time was very minimal, and the staff were pleasant. The food itself was amazing. The pho was so good, the broth was a beautiful golden brown and the rice noodles and beef were delicious. The prices are great, and they have yummy milkshakes.
Usually don’t dine in Barrie, but was happy to find this nice Viet spot. The ambience was just what we were looking for and from what I gathered everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I had the Rice Vermicelli with grilled chicken and spring rolls. Very tasty and looked quite appetizing. The flavours were just what you would expect from your neighbourhood-friendly Viet restaurant. We also ordered a couple of Vietnamese coffees, but was disappointed it didn’t come with “the phin” that drips the coffee down the cup. Definitely needed more condensed milk. Will come back for sure and will recommend friends in the area.
The food was excellent. The pho soup was absolute perfection!! We love Vietnamese food and this by far was the best soup we've ever had.The server was fast and friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean. Will definitely be back Parking: parking available in front. Is in large plaza Wheelchair accessibility: Bathroom available on main level and enough room to pull up wheelchair to table. Lots of space
Unpretentious Vietnamese Pho restaurant. Its Pho has a clean and light tasting broth which I preferred. Portion is generous too. Very good roasted dripped coffee and avocado shake.
My family and I had left Wasaga Beach and found this Pho joint located in Barrie. Let me tell you, Pho tastes darn good after a vacation or a trip. I ordered a large Pho Dac Biet variety of beef types and I am please to say that it was good. One of the best Pho and broth I’ve tasted thus far. It had the right amount of saltiness, flavour, and with traditional ingredients topped with herbs and garnishment. The quantity of meats and noodles was just right per the size of the bowl. If you take notice of the broth, it has small fat bubbles which to me indicated, but it’s not exact, that the broth was simmered with beef bones mostly likely bone marrow. The fat bubbles are released from the cow bones and the result is a mostly naturally flavoured well made broth, as to using beef flavoured powder. As far as as the food goes my family enjoyed theirs, no one complained. What this joint will benefit from if an opportunity arises, is to expand and make the restaurant space larger. While seating with my party of 10+ some customers who arrived later, left due to the there being no space. If your in Barrie this is the place to go for Pho. But this is the only Pho place in Barrie .
3 Stars! The pho was good! The rolls were ok little too oily for my taste. The chicken Pad Thai wasn’t bad but was not the best I have had either. The lady serving was great. I appreciated her asking for COVID vaccination proof before seating down.
I tried the vermicelli with chicken, which tasted good and all ingredients felt truly fresh and crispy. The background music was absolutely pleasant and appropriate. On the other hand, I certainly not enjoyed the condition of the booth seats past tired... and the bit of a mess, visible to customers, at the cashier area.Food: 4/5
This is our 3rd time here and as always it's super delicious and amazing! The staff are very friendly and it makes you come back here again and again. Apart from the soup and the rolls, we also love their coffee!Food: 5/5
We had to wait a few minutes as it was busy during dinnertime. The pho was good but a little greasy to our liking. There was also not much meat given. The vermicelli was spicy, both the sauce and the overall dish. The spring roll was good though. Didn’t really take many photos but I drew a smiley face with hoisin sauce on my pho for fun haha.
