Wacky's Thunder Bay

we used to like wackys until tonight when we ordered it on uber, a whole item from the order was missing, super disappointing, and the cheesy fries 9.59+ tx $ had a BREATH of cheese on them and parmesan fries 9.79+ tx had unmixed glops of sauce, the picture is after i tried to mix it up.nBoth dishes are pictured below, so awful i genuinely thought it was a joke. i understand that effort if they where an included side or under 5$ but 10$ and that’s what you get?! yikes.the wings were alright but everything else was so upsetting to say the least.

Just had my order made by Jigar, and wow, what an amazing experience! The attention to detail and the quality were outstanding. Wacky never fails to impress! Highly recommend and Thank you jigar

Came in from Shilo, MB and this was our first stop. Errol and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. Awesome, fun atmosphere and the biggest wing flavor list ever! The food was amazing! 10/10. Thanks Errol and Kayla!

On Thursday, we took advantage of the unlimited chicken wings and games offer 35$ and ordered tower beer . We indulged in a variety of chicken wings, making the experience thoroughly enjoyable. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and convenient parking was available. We savored the moment for 3-4 hours, and my child had a fantastic time.

The staff needs training and more supervision. It's hit or miss. Had a good server but everyone else who assisted was clueless. Bring food with no cutlery, mess up orders, cold fries, etc...nnShame. Tried time and time again but let down each time.nnLast time we gonn***Thanks for reaching back out. I'm not poor or hard up. Comp'ing the last few visits is not my ideal night out. I'd rather pay and receive what I expect initially. It's really not unreasonable to expect cutlery, dry plates and hot/warm food. When I ask for a specific like dessert to go, don't bring it to the table in a pan with ice cream and no utensils and awkwardly stand there saying nothing for 15 seconds.
