Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Ordered meals to be delivered from Swiss Chalet Thunder Bay, asking them to put the festive portion of the order to the side. We didn't receive what we paid for...the festive portion of the order was missing. We called, were kept waiting on the phone forever. Finally, we were promised it would all be made right. It's a day later and we still have not received our entire order.

I hadn't been here in years. We got some coupons and gave it a go. Holy smoke was I surprised at how delicious the food was. The ribs were as good as any steak house and the chicken was killer.

Had a bit of an issue with our take out. Having worked in a butcher shop for years, I knew the “quartered chicken” I received was no where close to the actual size of a quartered chicken. Brought it back, and was treated to what was probably the largest pieces of quartered chicken they had that night. Thank you Matthew for clearing things up with us!

Food is alright (half way between fast food quality and average dine in restraunt quality) good central location. Never a long wait. Fast take out service and pretty good seasonal deals,
