The W. W. Knight Nature Preserve is truly a beautiful place. As you walk along the trails, there are several signs to help you learn about the different plants, animals, or land you are looking at. Additionally, the trails are kept very clean and lined with gravel or brick. The trails are very accessible to those of all ages and abilities. There is even a building that has a rental hall that is absolutely stunning.
Phenomenal natural park!! Not great for little babies due to everything they can pick up & put in their mouth, but for any other ages it is a wonderful place to be active. Perfect for kids who need to be active & enjoy lifting, playing, & climbing outdoors. Also it has a really cool interactive area inside. Loved it! Be on the lookout for poison ivy though!
Beautiful place and very well kept up. Enjoyed walking the paths and sitting by the ponds. Little shelter houses with picnic tables. Lots of parking.
Beautiful Spot to take a walk in! Falls are very accessible via stairs. Upper deck view is easier to get to if you're worried about the climb.
Nice clean reserved area. The trails are less then one mile, reason for four instead of five stars. Its a nice park.
Pond, field, forest, flora and fauna and a great nature center with rental facility too! Walking trails are easy and short that circle the ponds and forest. Plenty of fish, birds, deer, flowers, etc. ADA friendly. Great educational programs for youth. Nature center has educational material, some animals, large rental facility which is GREAT for parties, receptions, etc. Clean and modern bathrooms.
Beautiful area with nice paths and ponds. Very well maintained.. Enjoyed our time there.
It was great. Kids had a wonderful experience outside at the exploring the ecosystem program.

This place is fantastic. Came with three children ages 3,5,7 and all were thoroughly entertained for HOURS. The walking paths are beautiful and the natural playspace in a clearing comprised of nothing more than some cut lumber is totally ingenious and perfect ro inspire imaginative play in your kids.Visited onWeekdayWait time1 hr+Reservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entryFree
