WHAT a friendly, helpful team at the renewal counter. what a change to deal with people who make you feel like you are human. WELL DONE! The only suggestion I would have is that your signage also be in English. 
Thank you for the great experience I had yesterday renewing my licence and medical card.

Bad service. I was the first and only person in the morning. First girl at the door guide me to second one and she stayed on the phone for 20 minutes talking about the weekend and the got up and started doing some paper work while I am standing there, the only client in the store.

Surprisingly very efficient and useful with friendly personnel and a large variety of books, luggage, etc..  for a trip. Also a location to get your Medicare and driver's pictures and cards done/renewed.
