I have had nothing but great experiences with SelloffVacations. Primarily due to Monique Sylvestre now in Pointe Claire, and the personal attention she gives to my travel plans. She has, when necessary more than once, stopped me from choosing an all inclusive package she felt I would not like and then, proposed another which inevitably was, yet another, vacation to remember. I have continued to book my holiday trips with her over the years and have yet to be disappointed. She also helped me book my wedding in Jamaica and it went without a hitch! I have had no hesitation in sending both friends and relatives her way. If you need a carefree, stress-free, memorable vacation ...call her!

The company didn't reimburse me when i asked for cancellation. During covid there was a small note that 2 second vaccine was required 10 rays before the flight. i lost everything as they refuse to cancel. 2000$ at least.

We found out about Cindy Porco from a friend here in Ottawa and she was amazing!!! Booking was hassle free. We purchased cancellation service just for peace of mind during COVID and had to use it for our son who was successful in hockey and was going to conference finals! We requested Cindy to book some restaurants at Iberostar Selection Playa Mita and she was able to book at least one the next day after arrival. Unfortunately our son lost in the 6th game of finals and I scrambled with Cindy to find alternate flight to us and she helped find a cheap flight down and we could get our son on the Air Transat we were scheduled for return. It was fantastic to have the entire family together for our first vacation of COVID! If you are looking for a awesome agent connect with Cindy, you wont be disappointed!

Peggy is incredible at what she does. I’ve dealt with many travel agents in the past and none of them have been more dedicated to making my stay a wonderful experience. There was one time I could not receive my flight confirmation on time and my flight was leaving at 6am, Peggy on her day off made sure I had everything I needed to board that plane and enjoy a wonderful vacation that she planned for me. I have used her ever since on many occasions. I personally never write reviews good or bad but she really deserves my time and effort and I feel it should be known that everyone deserves to travel at ease which is why I recommend her at the highest level. Olga is fantastic! She gave us nothing but exceptional service! This is my third time dealing with Sell Off and have never been disappointed. Olga took the time to explain everything and answered all our questions. When we arrived, she was ready and prepared with a few possibilities that met all our needs and what we had asked for. She was knowledgeable and provided us with all the necessary information. We asked for her suggestions and they were all spot on! I would definitely recommend Sell Off and I would definitely recommend Olga!!!  Great experience!

Excellent service. Ask for Felicia, she is wonderful. All options well explained and ready answers to all our questions. She also followed up directly with the resort for our special requests. For those not overly comfortable booking online or wanting to pay by regular debit card, SellOffs Pointe-Claire store is a great alternative. Will return for future trips. I just booked a trip with Olga. It has been my first vacation and she has made it absolutely effortless, fun, pleasant and magical. Olga is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had difficulty finding a good rate due to fluctuation and she took matters into her own hands made proper arrangements and made my 8 year long dream come true. Thank you very much Olga.
