Had a great service from this travel agency. Both Roxanne and Yaneka were very helpful & patient with providing information and recommendations. Recently booked a trip to Mexico with them & was given happy with their service

Worst customer service ever. Booked with a promotion that was not honored after price of trip dropped. They were unable to provide the difference and were rude in the process. I have never experienced customer service this terrible.

I would like to thank voyage Bergeron for the excellent service and I  appreciate  Travel agent  Pascal Duval for his help

Not a good experience at all service is a bit a lack I don't wish to deal with them again ever     better voyage a rabais there more honest

Booked recently with Voyage Bergeron for my wedding anniversary and had extremely bad experience. Worst client experience ever. I will never use them again to book or recommend anyone.

Who would think that you need to wait 1hr on the phone in order to pay the vacation in 2020???
