Sara is the best! She looks after all my wound care needs. :

If I could give no stars that would be much more accurate of their "service". The manager refused to do anything to help my partner, even after his nurse and the other location where he is usually seen called and spoke to their staff. So now he has no supplies or wound care for 3 days. Even though he is a von client, they refused to offer him any kind of care or assistance. Pathetic. I thought as a healthcare professional the object is to help people who need medical care, not to tell them they cant be helped.

If I could give just a half star, I would!

What a great service; very impressed. Just got out of hospital after surgery and a wonderful nurse came to my home within 2 hours with helpful advice and good drugs. Very thankful as recuperating at home is so much better than in a hospital.

VON offer a wonderful service for young and old alike. Truly caring staff.
