First time going and had a wonderful experience! Nice lounge seating, and friendly staff. Explained I was going on vacation so my tech customized my lashes based on my eye shape for a fuller look without going too long to interfere with goggles or snorkeling masks. Appreciate the expert opinion. :)

Julia is incredibly talented professional and sweet! I would highly recommend her, my lashes last almost a month without a fill and I get complimented constantly on my lashes. However, the environment was incredibly unprofessional on behalf of the other employees & management. What should have been a private conversation between the owner and the staff was being rudely discussed in front of clients. I had to speak up during my appointment that I was uncomfortable. The staff were loud, swearing and made comments I found very rude. I actually felt very uncomfortable with the way my technician was being spoken too and treated by her peers. Issues in the workplace should be dealt with professionally and privately. There was nothing professional about how that situation was handled. I have referred Julia to numerous people and I will continue to do so because she is very good, however the manager needs to show her staff and clients a great deal more respect and professionalism.

Tiffani is amazing and so much fun! She is very professional and does an amazing job on my lashes. I love this place ans am totally addicted! She makes sure i am happy and understand my natural lashes and extensions. I could not ask for better treatment or a more caring technician! Lash lifer here for sure!

First set of lashes by Joanne. She did a great job. If some fall out they have a 5 day touch up which is really nice. I booked online, recived confirmation and was in the chair in less than 24 hours. Any question I had she had the answers plus some. Lots of compliments and have/will refer Voila.

First time there today. Great experience would highly recommend them. Really happy with lashes too!
