Ordered a plain “colossal” pie, garden salad, boneless garlic wings and breadstick bites. We live in Long Pond and received our food for delivery about 30 minutes after I placed the online order. The Pizza isn’t anything special but it’s pretty good. Far from “colossal”, it’s really just smaller than average pie cut in smaller slices. The salad was a decent size for the price and fresh. Breadstick bites were tasty and a good shareable selection for a family of 4. The boneless wings are really good. We have had both regular and boneless and are definitely one of their best items we have had so far. The delivery driver was prompt, friendly and efficient. He verified everything was accounted for, provided a receipt and double checked that I didn’t need any change. We even had some drinks added in that I didn’t order. For a quick last minute dinner for growing and hungry teenagers, it was pretty good. Pretty decent food for a reasonable price. It arrived very quickly and all the food was correct and optimal temperatures.
Love this restaurant. Every time I go the employees are very respectful and nice. I received an extra large pizza with extra cheese tonight for $12.99. The store manager was very nice. He even gave my grandson some chocolate chip cookies. They get 5 stars from me just because of him. Thank you.
I'm from New York State about an hour north of the city. I have many pizza restaurants to choose from in my area. The tomato sauce and quality of pizza, pinwheels, pizza sauce and even variety of salads at Vocelli Pizza is Just Simply Delicious. Very fresh and of a great quality. Give it a shot it's worth the trip. I only wish I was in Mount Pocono or Tannersville more than one week a year to enjoy this restaurant a little more often.
I love this place! Pizza is really good and the staff is the best. Super friendly and Mike the manager is always letting me know about promotions and coupons! Also I live in an area that no place delivers to, not even door dash. Vocelli's knows this and even though I'm slightly out of their regular delivery range they always come through and deliver!
We called and placed an order for delivery and was quoted a 45 minute ETA. It took an hour and a half and the food was no longer hot. The food is edible but nothing special. These guys call it Artisanal but keep in mind it's a franchise / chain. Brother Bruno's is much better pizza in Mount Pocono and next time I'll be happy to make the drive to pick it up.
I've lived up here for 6 years and I've always bypassed Vocelli's in favor of non chain pizzerias. Well I'm sorry it took me so long to try it because the pie I bought was delicious and I have to admit... Better than any of the local pizzerias I've tried so far. I bought a large vegetables pie and while their "large" was smaller than what I'm used to it was loaded with veggies and cheese with a nice thick crust. Yep.. I'm gonna become a regular!! Oh... I ordered using my smartphone... Got a notification telling me the time the order would be ready. Less than 30 min from placing the order my pie was waiting for me when I went to pick it up. An excellent experience all around and now I'll start taking advantage of the specials and coupons and customer club.
Came here because we are trying to find a good pizza place up here, went to brother Bruno’s prior, and now this place, and both places were below average. Person taking our order was rude at first, and we ordered 3 different items. Pepperoni Pizza, a baked sandwhich, and cheesy bread. Pizza quality was like Domonios, if that. Feel like I’ve had better experiences at Dominos. Baked Sandwhich was greasy as all hell, and wasn’t great. The cheesy bread was the only heighlight. Maybe it was just the food we ordered, or they just were having a bad day Because reviews said it was decent but regardless, we won’t be returning based on this experience.
We use both Tannersville and Mount pocono Vocelli for stepping stones preschool every Friday and we couldn’t ask for a better experience! The kids love the pizza and the staff and delivery drivers are always so nice and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you want great food for a great price.
Just moved here and tasting the local cuisine. You'll pay for what you want, but definitely not get it. Even though it's delicious after I warmed it I may not order again. I ordered 3x's cheese pepperoni. It's cold and lacking cheese.
Stayed at the Frogtown fishing shack for the weekend. Called every pizza shop for miles and none of them wood deliver to where we were. Should have called vocellis first. Took our order , were very polite and got our food right out to us. Not to mention the pizza is excellent, can’t wait until next time when I can order their pizza again.
