Impossible to cancel your contract and their service and alarm response is terrible. Really shady company with greasy sales tactics. You literally just have to put a stop payment on them and deal with the endless phone calls from them if you want to cancel the service.
It is a pretty good security system, especially during COVID-19. I have bell camera and my backyard video which helps me monitor both sides. I can also track all the packages delivered, make sure no one steal them.
Worst customer service. Been waiting over a week for a call back for a quote. Makes you wonder how great they serve customers when they can’t even return calls or emails.
