Our builder used Intelligent Spaces to provide the data cabling in our new house. The initial installer was not capable of following plans and incorrectly terminated the location of three end points as well as the "home run" location during rough-in. We caught this and it was resolved. Subsequently, the "home run" location was terminated using male ends, rather than the industry-standard female patch panel. This can create issues in the future as the cabling installed is meant to be fixed and not flexed, and furthermore, the cables were very poorly labelled. All-in-all, not the sort of work I'd expect from "professionals" -- I'd recommend seeking another vendor if you're requiring data cabling. Given this experience, I'm certainly not rushing out to get them to do any additional work. I have not had opportunity to test functionality of the wiring -- if it is non-functional, I'll revise the review to note that.
