The prices here are absolutely unbeatable and the value for the money is superb. My $7.49 chicken shawarma wrap was tasty and cheap. Can't go wrong with both "tasty" and "cheap" in the same sentence. Overall, this is a great stop-over spot for grabbing shawarma on the go.
One of the best shawarma spots I’ve ever had, I’m a shawarma connoisseur no doubt the friendliest staff ever, was one of the greatest experiences. Being from Brampton / Toronto I’ve had many many different places but there’s no doubt this was the best for taste / quality / price. The guy there last night around 8pm wish I got his name was so friendly in explaining the menu options and how we’d like it made. There was such care in the way it was made it felt like it was made with love the sauces had such a great flavour along with the fresh veggies and amazing mixed meat option. It’s about a 40 minute drive back to VIVA was in the area at the time but I’ll definitely make the trip out again very soon as I’m sick of overpriced Brampton shawarma with cartilage full chicken… This was the spot, loved it & the little vibe the shop had, I’d give the place 10 stars if I could, so friendly, helpful and amazing!!
Pretty decent Shawarma spot with an overall nice flavour but nothing exceptional. Prices are a bit more expensive than average but still not too bad. The toppings seemed fresh but the Chicken was kind of bland. They might’ve got 4 star but the gave me cold chicken that was pre cut earlier while they had fresh stuff cooking. Overall it was ok but there are other places with better pricing and flavour in the same area so I’m not sure I’ll return back here unfortunately.
Good taste, good portions, amazing value! I split medium portion with a friend because she doesn't eat much, but I was also full. We could've chosen 3 toppings but we chose to slather it in coleslaw. Will definitely come back to try other combinations of sauces and toppings! : Dietary restrictions: Halal
Best Shawarma I’ve had and it’s always made equally well by each employee. The supreme fries are much better than any other restaurant, and everything is a reasonable price. All the workers are polite and are personable.
1.5 stars. Came by as I finished some shopping and had a craving for Shwarma all week. The place is relatively new and very night with open kitchen. The menu is very simplistic which I like as they want to concentrate on their main product... or so I thought. I ordered the chicken poutine Shwarma to get both cravings fixed. When I walked in, I saw them freshly carving the chicken skewers and my mouth was watering in anticipation of the juicy, fresh chicken over a bed of fries and smothered with gravy... well they hit 2 of 3. And that is where my expectations fell flat. The fries are Costco coated fries which in my book are the wrong fries for poutine but they were plenty fresh and hot more on that later. The gravy was the brown gravy served in all the chip wagons downtown but again more later. The chicken... everything was good from the smell and craving but that is where everything falls flat. They placed the carved chicken onto a flat top to fry up... okay... then comes the double spatula chop to chop up the chicken into tiny little pieces.... was never a fan of the book and tv series million little things. I am not sure if this over cooked the chicken or they were over cooked on the skewer. The fries were freshly fried and placed into a foam box with a decent serving of chicken then smothered with the brown gravy. The presentation looked a-ok but when I went to mix up the fries and cheese, the chicken looked more like ground up chicken that was pan fried and topped off with gravy that has been sitting around all day and very concentrated read - super salty with little congealed bits scattered. I tried a few pieces but when I saw the fries melted the foam box, I could not continue any more and had to compost the rest... mind you, I am no Shwarma expert but this experience would not have me returning any time soon. As a side note, there is no washroom or hand sanitizer available so either you make a visit to the Clown house before and after to clean off.
I always have large plates for my dinner. Its really filling and healthy. If you are a fan of yogurt I would recommend there special VIVA Sauce. my food isn't complete now without that.
My favorite Shawarma place in the area! Super tasty meat, creative toppings, and very neat and clean... Love their house sauce They're always busy so try to order in advance if you're in a rush! Favourite Item: Large Chicken Shawarma Plate with Rice and Salad cause it's quite filling and includes all the toppings!
Dont BUY LARGE PLATE.I usually buy a medium chicken salad and i pour it in another plate at home , Today i bought a large one and i changed it to the same plate , it was the same amount ,this is cheating , their large plate just look like more than medium unless this is same amount.because they dont fill it with anough food.Food: 1/5
Very greedy with the toppings, they would give you like 3 cucumbers, two slices of tomatoes.. go there and see how little toppings they add.. plate won't make you full, a lot of rice and little meat.Food: 4/5
