Bought two packages of salt pork about 1/4 pound each. a large company label on one side completely covered the one side ,on the see through side it showed all white fat which is what i wanted but when I opened each package 3/4 of each piece was lean that was covered by the large label. Why is it that I can only find real salted fat back on the east coast of Canada and in South Carolina ? Vitto Brand Foods fooled me once with their cover up but they won't do it again.
