Very friendly in store pre lockdown, web sale and contactless pickup representatives.
Great staff. Very helpful over the phone as well as in store. You get all you need related to cameras and accessories. I went here to buy GoPro 3.5mm mic adapter and got it for lower the price than anywhere else.
It is a great store. It is nice to walk into a store and actually see and try the items. Online shopping doesn't allow you to do that. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
I have been a customer for 18 years and truly appreciate seeing the same friendly faces every time I walk in. Alex, Anthony, Henry, Christine - Photo, Video, Print Products, Rentals. And recently shopping for a Gimbal - thank you Jason for the awesome customer service! Truly appreciated :D
curbside pickup was a bit rough...had to call 4 times before I was able to talk to anyone. 3 customers in line and it took 45 minutes to get my order which was placed the day before. I've been before and its always been fine, maybe I just caught them on a bad day.
