I shopped around to 3 other stereo installers to make sure I was getting not only a good price, but a knowledgeable person to deal with. One of the estimators I had to discard completely. The other 2 were knowledgeable , and comparable in price. However, when I talked to Medhi at Visions MacLeod Trail, I knew right away who I would be dealing with. His knowledge and professionalism was in another league.The install went perfectly , and my 2006 Mercedes CLK 350 convertible was like a new car when he was finished with it. I have not problem recommending him, and Visions MacLeod Trial.
I've shopped at Visions many times over the years and recently was looking for a couple of TVs. I do a lot of research before I even enter a store so I tend to know exactly what I want, I just feel like they try to push you a little too much into another brand which I suppose they do because maybe they get a better commission or a bonus or something. You also have to work harder than it should be to get the best price, and when I say I don't want the extended warranty it's because I mean I don't want it. I don't want to have to sit through 15 or 20 minutes of being told why I'm going to regret it basically. Sigh. I know that they get a tiny bonus for pushing those warranties and sometimes they do make sense, but most of the time they don't. This recent experience I did work out a good deal but the wait was too long and I ended up just picking what I wanted up at Best Buy for the same deal I made there and they had the product in stock. The people at Visions are definitely more knowledgeable I find than other electronic stores so if advice is what you need, it is definitely worth checking out here.
Purchased a clarion double din which wasn’t entirely what I expected and they allowed me to return it. To be fair they made the return extremely easy and also warned me this head unit might not be what I expected as the brand changed ownerships. They were correct. Couldn’t ask for a better sales team and business, I feel greatful they allowed me to return the unit, but wish I didn’t have too since they gave me such great service. And good pricing as well! I ended up using a cheaper head unit which was gifted to me from a Freind which was an older Kenwood unit that the guy actually recommended the newer version of.. I’ll be back though to upgrade soon.
Visions crowfoot have had good sales on a lot of home theater speakers and systems lately, however their home audio listening rooms have been closed for the last month or two so I can never go and listen to a sound system I want to buy. I have visited on three different occasions weeks apart and have not yet been able to sample any home theater systems. I do enjoy shopping at this visions, however I won't buy anything without first listening to it.
Visions is a great place to get your appliances and tech gear. I recently bought a TV here, had an issue with it brought it in and they exchanged it within 10 minutes. As a Canadian owned and operated business, I really appreciate that their prices remain competitive with larger American retailers, going as far as to offer price protection after purchase. They've been a staple in the community longer than I have and their customer service will not be beat by big box retailers or online. Their staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell but it's good to go in with a bit of research before hand on what you're looking for. The staff work on commission so they have incentive to push more expensive products and make larger sales, but I can tell they care about meeting customer needs first. Satisfied customer here, great job team.
Jordan was very knowledgeable about all the TVs and helped us pick the right model for our home. Om agreed to the discount proposed by Jordan, and we decided to make the purchase. Patrick and his colleague sorry, don't remember his name installed the TV a few days later, connected all the devices and answered our questions. They even carried the TV box to the basement for us. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this store.
Had my car stereo installed in my jeep. Car audio was very knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I wanted. The install team went above and beyond and I am more then satisfied with the finished product. I know a lot more about my vehicle now and am much more confident with my system . Thank you visions!

We bought a TV from the Calgary South store and was so impressed with the service. Mehdi our salesperson was so helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us or rush us through our decision. This is the way all salespeople should be! Thanks!
Ryan and Mehdi helped me nail down a nice little sub for my Edge. Ryan was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me so I understood every component I needed and why. He didn't push me into anything I didn't want or try to upsell stuff I didn't need. They worked a great price and I'm eagerly waiting my install day! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks guys!
