My fireplace broke. Vision Mechanical came out and looked at it. They found that the company that made it went out of business over 15 years ago and that no parts were available. My neighbor had the same issue because we live in an apartment condo. She was told she had to purchase a new insert. She priced them out and the cheapest that fit were $5500. It took about 8 weeks but vision was able to find parts they were able to make fit and replaced my pilot assembly for under $700. The fireplace works like brand new and I love it. Thank you so much to Vision Mechanical for making this work for me. All of your employees are professional and courteous and wonderful to deal with.

I'm happy to recommend Jeff from Vision Mechanical. On the day he was due to service my furnace he was running late but had the courtesy to call ahead and let me know. He was very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing in the service, and took the time to point out water and gas shut-offs, the ventilation system, etc. A very interesting and personable guy and a true asset to Vision Mechanical. We had to replace a 300 lb quartz tub and the guys from Vision were outstanding. They were punctual, efficient, and professional. The removal and replacement went without incident. The installation was complicated and difficult and they executed it with surgical precision. We are thrilled . . . no damage, they cleaned up and were super polite.

Cudos to Vision Mechanical on hiring people like Justin. His customer service and friendly nature made a kitchen plumbing issue a very pleasant experience, LOL. I have already made arrangements to have him come back to deal with another plumbing problem, this time in the bathroom.
Natalie in the office was also helpful and really friendly when I called and was trying to explain what I needed.
Very refreshing in this day and age where customer service is not always apparent. It makes all the difference to me in my decisions on who will get my business.
