Phillips Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

Last year Anthony put in our new furnace/AC and water tank. Anthony did a great job, he had to work in very tight area and did so professionally with great determination. Anthony took calls from me helping me over the phone and if that didn't work he came to take care of the problem. I appreciate his courteous, helpful, friendly and patient manner in doing business. This year I had a serious problem with the furnace, Anthony again did a great job servicing the problem. He ordered parts that took a cold two months to come in. Anthony was very respectful and fair in pricing this problem. An Expert in Great Customer Service. Thank you so much for your professionalism Anthony, I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others.

If you want someone reliable and honest that keeps their appointments and promises I would look else where. I have had Anthony at my home now on two occasions, once to help me with a boiler issue and another time for some advice on installing a/c. When I initially called him to have him come over I found him to be willing and polite as he told me he would come by in a day or two and have a look and advise. Three days went by and not a sign or word from Anthony so I called him again. He finally showed up after another three days and had a look at my system. When I had an issue with my boiler I thought I would give him another chance seeing he was familiar with my heating system etc. Once again he failed to come when promised and when I called him he said he had been sick. (Too sick to call and reschedule I guess). Also did I mention he lives just a few blocks from my house here in West Kelowna? He finally showed up two days later and determined that I needed a new part for my boiler. I gave him partial payment for the part that he said he would need to special order. Well that was nearly three weeks ago and even though I called and reminded him a week after he was here I haven't heard a word from him. I decided a few days ago to order the part myself which arrived the next day and I installed in 10 minutes. I was lucky and was able to limp my boiler through a few resets and keep it heating the place until I was able to get the new part. Can you imagine if he was working for you and it was in the middle of the winter and you needed a part for your furnace or a service call in an emergency????. I would have given him a no star rating but I didn't have that choice

Called in Anthony over the weekend for furnace repair. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Anthony went over the entire heating system with us. We were previously unaware of some of the features as this is a new home to us. He has literally saved us many dollars by making sure we were using our system as efficiently as possible. Winter could have been quite expensive if we had continued with the present settings. Much appreciated!

Very good service, I would highly recommend him. He was even able to fit me in for a service call on a Sunday that he said was very busy for him. I was thoroughly satisfied with my furnace repair and would definitely call again for any future plumbing or heating needs. Thankyou very much again!!

I highly recommend Anthony. He was professional and responded in a timely manner to all phone calls, texts, and emails. It was a busy time since it was Kelowna's first cold spell for the winter, but he managed to fit me into his busy schedule. It was not your average stove install, but Anthony was able to get the job done! Thank you.
