Seriously delicious. Comfort food, perfected. So fresh and flavourful. They were out of chicken, and subbed meatballs. I’m so glad they did. The pulled beef was also amazing. And of course the hummus. Not your typical supermarket variety. Think of peanut butter that tastes like chickpeas and tahina and olive olive. Just make sure to order pita. It doesn’t come with the meals.

Visiting Edmonton for work & came across this spot. This place has 5 stars for a reason. I grew up in Tel Aviv, so I have an extensive experience testing different hummus places hahaha I've been living in Canada for about 13 yrs, this is the best hummus outside Israel, here in Canada I've had up to this point. Everything is authentic & I'm assuming probably imported ingredients directly from the motherland If you're ever in edmonton, vegan or not I'm not... you must visit this place. Bright new addition to 124 Street! Enjoyed an exciting lunch at this new restaurant today. The food was SO flavourful, different tastes than other food experiences in the city. It was made fresh and was so nutritious, I left very satisfied and looking forward to coming back to try all the other menu items and shakes. The falafels and shawarma hummus were a definite stand out! Beyond the food - the environment, welcoming owners, and friendly staff made it a great experience!! Excited to come back!

Delicious!! Found this gem on 124st. Very filling so bring a friend or a takeaway container! Everything is fresh and warm, and don't forget to check the menu for all the FREE LOVE. You can get free chickpeas, tahini and fava beans with any of your meals. They also provide free olives and pickles to start when you sit down, as well as this reallllly nice lemon vinaigrette thing. Lots of seating indoors, 3 or 4 tables outside for 2 or 3 people and lovely staff. My only gripe is that they close at 7pm everyday T_T, but that's a good thing so staff can get home to their family/friends and hobbies. Will be back again soon!

Vish recently opened their first Canadian location on 10326 124 street a few doors down from Remedy cafe. They’re an urban hummus bar serving hot hummus dishes with a variety of toppings and Yemen pita bread, so there are lots of vegetarian and vegan options that are rich in nutritional values Here’s what I got to try: -vishuka hummus with poached egg, Moroccan sweet red pepper & spicy tomato sauce loved how it was all made fresh to order and the warmth of the hummus was definitely a nice change from what I’m used to -babaganoush, hot peppers and Turkish salad -falafel, olives and pickles -Yemen pita bread, spicy green paste and garlic & lemon juice sauce -memory shake banana, dates, peanut butter, tahini, cashew & almond milk -“malabi” milk pudding with a sweet rose drizzle this was to die for If I’m being completely honest, I was blown away by the deliciousness of every single item as well as the service and hospitality. This business is such an amazing addition to 124th street and the Edmonton food scene. Which items are you guys most excited to try?

Absolutely AMAZING! Wonderful vibe and super friendly staff. The food was SO flavorful, was so light and delicious. Would be the perfect place for vegetarians, vegans and celiacs. Will be back for sure for so much more!

We tried the falafel plate and falafel sandvish both were good just the rice on the falafel plate wasn’t fresh and tasted lil off… the sanwich is a lil pricey considering the portion size. The omega shake was good. And i would recommend trying it.

Visit: April 2023 I went to check out Vish after winning a gift card and it did not disappoint! The food was high quality and the flavors had a lot of depth. The atmosphere was also very nice, with a cozy, homelike feel. We got the chicken shawarma combo, BBQ pulled beef combo, Moroccan fish combo, and power shake I found the hummus to be very thick, creamy, and rich, with a pronounced nutty flavour. It wa some of the best hummus I've had. The chicken shawarma was pretty standard a tad bit dry. The BBQ pulled beef was my favorite by far. The beef was very soft and moist, with a strong BBQ taste which worked well with the rice and hummus. The Moroccan fish was next yup, where the sauce was tangy and flavorful, and the salmon wa extremely moist and soft. The bread that came with it though, was a bit too sweet and didn't feel like it paired too well with the sauce, nor with the hummus. It wa fluffy and good, but didn't work as well as a pita would in this scenario, in my opinion. The drink was also quite interesting, with lots of different flavors and a little bit of spice on the aftertaste. Overall the food was very good, and somewhere I would go if I was looking for quality food, but not as often as the price to amount of food is a bit steep compared to other Mediterranean food in the city. It was filling still though, for what was included. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options available

Um yum! So many good options for alternate eaters. They were so amazing with the whole experience. PS if you don’t get a shake, you’re missing out! Highly recommend!

We came at a really busy time and unfortunately the falafel fryer was down but we still had a great time! Must eats: hummus & pita, bbq pulled beef, tahini and babaganoush! There are mainly vegetarian dishes, vegan dishes, gluten free dishes and some meat options. Vish is definitely a great addition to Edmonton's food scene!Food: 5/5
