Popped in for synthetic oil change and they charged half the price of the big box shops. When my car was in for the oil change I asked about them replacing my breaks, both front and back. They also came in at a very great price and when I called to pick the car up he actually said the cost was going to be less than he expected. In the 20 plus years of getting my cars fixed, I have never had a mechanic tell me the repair would be less than quoted. I'll definitely be taking my car back for regular service. The place is a diamond in the rough. Don't expect much from the outside but the service is great.
I talked to this guy Salim Shahrawan and I really wanted to buy the 2008 Subaru Tribeca, but Salim was like if you want us to hold the car for you then you have to make a deposit. How am I gonna make a deposit on a car that I never saw or test drive? I told Salim, you don't have to hold the car for me, I have other options. Later, I tried to contact him twice through Facebook and set up an appointment to see the car, but Salim chose to ignore me. It seems like I hurt his pride because I don't want to get scammed. The car has been posted on FB for more than 4 weeks lol This is not the proper way to do business.
Worst Customer Service from Sam. I was interested in a car, called prior to coming a few days before checking it out and when I did it was SOLD. Don't waste your time here. All they car about is making a quick sale. Go to another shop that actually cares about what you would like and your well being. Remeber you are getting a car for yourself not for a place to make a quick sale.
My power steering went on my car while I was there to pickup a moving van next door.While I moved my daughter I left my car with them.He was able to fix my car before I got back with the truck and at a very reasonable price for what he had to do.unfortunately I don’t live in Toronto otherwise I would go there every time I had a problem.Good honest work.
Never again. Terrible experience in April 2023.
One of the best honest mechanics i have ever met. Repaired my front end here and never had any issues in the long run.
Dont go there. The sales people don't let you inspect their car for some reason.
