Used to be regular customer from this place. I know the front desk is not so friendly guys with very loud person. But i like the way mechanic treating my car very precisely. Earlier for my synthetic oil change its 70 dollar plus tax. Today i went there after 2 months and the front guy quoted me 110 dollar for oil change plus tax. Which is much much costlier than Mr lube, active green etc... The guy told me oil price went up. Yes i do understand the inflation and i am ready if u charge me around extra 10 dollar which is 15 to 17 percent higher as compare to inflation rate is just 8%. You guys are becoming more greedy and aggressive with angry front desk. I advice you guys next to their shop there is shell petrol pump and if u drive little extra inside therr is mechanic shop called village auto . they charge me 80 dollar for fully synthetic oil and i am glad and greatful for the front desk such warm smile and respectful. Bento auto its just matter of time u guys will loose all the customer.

Sent my fleet vehicle in for an oil change, brake pad change and wiper replacement. The team took my vehicle in straight away, were prompt and kind to deal with. This is my second time sending my vehicle in and both times I have been more than satisfied with the outcome. Thanks guys

I brought my car in this morning with a slow leak in one of my tires. They were friendly, and finished within an hour. The price was also cheaper than I could find anywhere else. I hope that I don't have any more flats, but if I do, Bento's will be my first stop.

Great shop, needed 2 tires at 7am. They installed and balanced in 40 min. Very fair price excellent service.

I've been here a few times, they are always able to fit me in quickly and do a great job. Last trip was to patch a tire, I was able to get it fixed within a day when I couldn't get an appointment for weeks at other auto shops, and the price was even a bit less. I've always had a good experience here and will keep coming for my car maintenance. Update - went back again for another low air tire. They said they were too busy to look at it that day then someone said ok we'll squeeze you in, they spent ages examining it and couldn't locate the leak so filled it with air and I was on my way free of charge. Will keep returning to this place as I haven't had a bad experience yet.

Was serviced right away. It was affordable for the service. Rates were good. Brought to the car and shown every problem I had and why. Going back next time I need something that's for sure.

These guys are thiefs. I called them to see if they can patch my tire and he said yes sure. I go there and i checked my tire pretty well before going there and so did the tow truck driver and then this guy calls me after taking my tire in and says this cannot be fixed, and i see a huge 1/2 fresh CUT. These guys destryoed my tire just so i could buy a new tire from them.

Dont believe the haters, Bentos has been a fixture in our community for 35 years- open 24 hours a day, servicing us with a smile, handing out gifts to clients at Christmas, employing local families and helping out our neighbours. I've been many times, never had a problem. Last issue was so small they didn't even bother to charge me. Think twice before leaving bad reviews! Sure the big guys can undercut the little guys at times, but you won't find another small business that works around the clock to service your community. Support local family businesses, we don't want to live in a world without them!

Went there today with a leaking tire. 10 minutes in and out - nail removed, tired patched, $30 bucks, no fuss. What's not to like?

Went in with a flat tire, front desk guy was grumpy and said "just wait" without any further information on time estimate. Went to the Village Auto right beside and had the job done in a few minutes!
